The Old Man

 

Step by step as an old man took with that really cold breeze. With that oversized grey and black coat and the smell of the beach smelt soggy and a beachy smell. He was trudging along the sand. The grey hair and his long brown pants he had.

He was in his thought of his childhood  memories. The noise of seagulls scavenging and whispers and people talking? maybe his family was the crowd in the distance? Walking on the wet soggy sand. No one knows where that old man is from or where but maybe his memories are dragging him to his family, to his world of happiness

As the waves brushed towards his feet. He felt ache but he wouldn't stop he kept walking and walking. The weather started changing quickly with heavy rains but once again he didn't stop he kept walking.

Everyone was running everywhere but he stayed there in the heavy rain but possibly there was no sign. These two cute girls called Ella and Maria were really trying to help the old man but he heard nothing. The girls ran to him in the rain and pulled him two a side. The old man had shock and said “Ella Maria what are you doing here” we're here with grandma and you. You remember?  

The old man said “wheres your grandma”  “barbecuing for us” they replied! Grandma was worried where grandpa had gone in the cold but when he went to her she smiled and that's how they meet after that time. But then the rain had went and the sun rises back up and thats the story of the old man getting lost in his thought.

 

PEPA

PEPA is just a very awesome idea from Ms Muliaumaseali'i has got for the school. A chance to prove what you can do and prove your  friends and family what you can do! I have been in PEPA for a while now. I did ballet when I was a year 6 and did an Indian dance in front of the stage in year 7 meaning this year.

Lots of people have been signing up for lots of different thing in PEPA like hip hop and ballet,  pacific dance and more. We had PEPA last year but maybe we will have it some time this year.

 I have really actually learnt a lot of this this year and last year. How to get confident. Ms Muliaumaseali'i told us "when we perform you just do it don't think about other people". That really helped me get confident.

This term we have Fiafia. Were the whole school has to participate in and dance whether its there culture or some other culture! I have participated in my own Indian one. You won't be able to see me in Fiafia performing because I'll be moving. But you should really actually come see it. It on the 18th of April!  

Touch Rugby

With the determined to beat the other team we had all made sure will always try our best! and never give up. We put it in our heads put it tuned to be opposite rather than us winning the other team had won the first round!

Ow yeah I forgot to tell you who was in our teams. Actually we really didn't have teams we had a really messy team. Which we just did what we were told! Really I sucked at it! We play it every Wednesday. I think it’s a good sport to play.

The first section we had to wear bands to know what teams were in! There was four or five groups. There was yellow, and no bands, blue, red But the second section we didn’t have bands.

Touch rugby is a really good sport I think everyone should play it! maybe thats not my type of sport.        

Cyber Smart and the 3p's

Smart Relations are really important because if you are on the net talking to a person online you need to watch what you say. Probably even pass positive comments! Be a good friend and help your friends when they need you. Give them more information about who you are. Always know who you are talking to. Never ever give them your usernames and passwords. Don’t be a cyber-bully because one day it may happen to you?  Avoid being dodgy because you might get caught one way or another!

Saadiya is quite like a mouse and is smart at reading and writing like a tiger running to it’s prey! And is small like like a turtle. Short as a rabbit . Rabbit are sweet and loving and really cute. Loves to swim but probably swims like a blast of firework blasting in the sky!!

Assembly FiaFia part 2

Each fiafia well has performance to greet us in and we had a normal Friday but then a blast went on and the pretty culture Indian came in with the really amazing cloths and surely they all took my heart away. They were just brilliant that if you say how many words that we’ll be less. I just can’t wait till the actual night!!

Fiafia Assembly

Fiafia is about your passion and your thoughts. We all just learned everything just in one week. Thanks to Ms Muliaumasealii for making us believe in ourselves and making us just do it without knowing anyone would be there performing and made us believe in our dreams!

Oh my God how can I forget about the really funny thing was Mr Barks really actually got the whole assembly and parents laughing crazy because of the way he was dancing! Also Mr Barks was dancing at the same time while Levi drummed. He really did an awesome job at that.

Laughter and joy is all that you could hear and a minute or two you could hear whispers and cheers spreading! The actual reason for doing it was to get the audience cheering. As soon as they (Mr Barks and Levi) left we had the singers coming. They were Uili, Hasana, Henry  they sang ‘I believe’. They were just so great that there was no word to describe it.  

Kingston blew the conch shell. I think that was the hardest thing to do.  Gabriel knew that was the call for him to come out. Gabriel represented Maori and Makerita represented Samoa. During that we had the dragan going.

What they did was really mind blowing.  Jouan and Quaisha did the Ballet they really had the passion. I think one day they would really became ballerinas! Kevin and Rebecca did gymnastics, wow that surely would be hard to do the splits! Cycling with one wheel is just not possible but Isara made it possible by doing it.

Oh my God it’s my turn! I tried getting confident but I really actually failed! But maybe I just had to get up there and perform. I really did not do a great job at the Indian dance that’s for sure. Oh yeah I was behind my friend Dhara the person with the beautiful green clothes.

Performing on stage actually gave me a bit of confidence to really just go on and just do it!  My goal is to get more confident this year and really speak up. Thinking about the real night gives me a fright! I can’t wait till the actual FiaFia 2013!

The three p's poem

Have you ever been kind to a friend. Or participated in an activity. Or look after your teacher if not what are you for waiting for it's never too late to change and also remember protection partnership or participation!

What if I was rich and famous?

If I was rich I would help people with cancer and fund raise for schools and kindergartens. Although what will I do with all that money? Because I have everything I already need like a mansion, a loving family, and a lot of respect and reputation.

Most of all I forgot something really cool about me is? I am very famous too. If you don't know then go search Google and write Saadiya Peragar you would see my blog.

Even though I would be famous or rich I would still be me myself and I! I would like to be rich and famous but I prefer have a normal and simple life! What life would you want to have?

Rainbow's End

YAY! we are nearly by rainbow's end.  Our first  ride was the bumper cars it was  really a fun activity to start with. Then I think was the pirate ship! it was really cool being at the top seats. You could fell the stomache felling.

"No way i'm going to go on the fear fall" I said to my cousin! "just come its really not scary"! she said. I believed her and went on it. I was freaked out and I thought it was my last day of life for sure. I just loved the felling that I had about the fear fall that I wanted to go again!

My number 1 best ride is the fear fall and the invader and the roller coaster!I really cant wait to go again maybe you should go on it to and tell me how it was like?

Prize giving 2012!

Every year we have prize giving we have different years group.We all had some brilliant moves and songs to dance. Everyone's was great but the most I liked was the year eights and year sevens. It was a great night performing in front of adults and others. The librarians each had a trophy it was small and cute also it was with a certificate. Jouan Taeshell and I got one! It was so awesome. With everybody. 

Netbook Reflection 2012

When I was a year 1 student and first started at Pt England I was asking the teacher about everything. But now as I am a year six I ask Google instead! I have learned so many new things about net-books for the past 2 years. Since I have my net-book I always finish on time and always have cared of my netbook.

I really enjoyed my net-book this year because it has absolutely helped me with all sorts of stuff. It is way better than using paper and pencils because with paper and pencils you have have to ask the teacher for something, (like our work!) Rather with netbooks if you need help you can just ask Google or email, You could learn create and share anywhere you are.

Things I get frustrated with are that sometimes it takes too long to connect to the internet, often some pages pop up where it says kill pages, which is mostly on chrome. Our netbooks can be weak in the hinges and that if we drop our net-book it'll get a crack or something on it. The webcam and sound isn't as high quality as I would like either.

Overall its perfect and awesome. Net-books have changed my learning so much than using pens and papers! Next year I hope to see some changes. Thank You to everyone for helping get us netbooks!

Twins?

Well you know what was funny at school while everyone was at camp? Well if you don't know this is what my story is going to be about.

The funniest thing was that we all were searching up thing that would be funny and someone found a photo of this guy with Mohawk and as you know that chickens have them too. Also it was the same colour orange! So then the tittle was called twins?

"That is cool" said a girl. But it actually is kind a funny. But we seriously loved it so we started to write about it.

Yay!

“Yay school is finishing for six weeks shouts a girl”. Well only one and a half week left for school. “You know what I am going to for the long holidays I am just sleeping and sleeping and sleeping ” says Jouan. “Me too” said Mya! for six weeks! really I said.

I just can't wait till school finishes because so much other things a coming like Christmas, Also boxing day sale! Actually it will be fun but also we would miss this year!

Soldiers Fail!

Laughing like a mad crazy person while watching this youtube video. All my cousins were looking at me like, 'What on earth is she up to?' “Guys, come over here!” I shouted across the room. I really wanted to show them this movie!

They all had laughed as well. “That’s funny as!” one of my cousins choked while laughing too hard. “Shut up!” my little brother screams, trying to focus on his homework. “You guys laugh at dry stuff!”

By the way, if you haven’t already watched this video, there were two soldiers walking across the road. Though they seemed to fail, as they slid down the slope and face planted.

Well they might have not known that they were being filmed. Also they had totally lost their minds. Well I bet when you watch it you will also laugh madly as I did. We had an awesome time watching this video and it surely made my day!

Lily's Dream

“Come on pack you bags” said Mum, We have to leave because dads waiting for us. You know his anger! Do we have to go? says lily. Obviously because it is dads surprise. Now come on.

Dad is so excited that he mostly takes our whole house. Oh seriously does dad have to take so many thing. Mum says “do you think I know where he's taking us for our holiday”. Lilly keeps playing her video game. Wow says mum. What are beautiful beach. Lilly says “hey that Pt England School reserve”.

Dad says “I know, We will be doing fishing and finding food here and will live here for three days”. But how are we going to swim across the other side of the river to check some stuff out. Says Lily “ Yeah she is right” Said Mum. “There's no boats and plus it is really deep down there”.

First lets put our tents up and get the fire going. Lilly goes dose the tent. “Read the instruction dear” says Mum. Lilly says “ I'm so cool to read the instruction”. So she seriously does the tent looking like a tangled wire. Help shouts Lilly. Mum and dad come rushing towards them and says “dear are you aright!” So they all help with the tent.

So they get everything ready. “all set to go says dad. Yummy says lilly a barbecue tonight. After they finished eating. They all went inside the tent all talked and went to sleep. There were some noises of these strange things. Lilly was so not afraid to go outside and see what it was. It was a ghost with red eyes. OMG!!! she shouted but they were all sleeping.

Suddenly she fainted right there. Mum woke up and looked for lilly. What she was sleeping in the sand Said mum. She splashed water on her. she acted all weird and really different that she was trying to escape the beach. Once when mum and dad went looking for food. She had escaped the beach. Mum and dad came back. Lilly where are you there said. Dad looked around the whole beach but she wasn't there.

They had packed their bags and were about to leave. Until the saw this girl on the sand sitting alone, Mum thought she was Lilly and she went up to her. But she was the ghost staring at mum. She then realised that is was lilly’s dream... She was so scared and began to force dad if they could leave. Dad agreed and they went home...
     

Fred And the Toys!!

I always wished that my toys could come alive. Suddenly, Fred had put a camera on by his toy section place. As always, when Fred goes to sleep the toys magically come alive on Zip Zap Avenue. Surprisingly, they had come alive and felt awkward even though no one was there.

They felt awkward as if someone had put a camera to spy on them! They got the tallest toy and got the fattest toy and the fat one had lifted the tall one up. They grabbed the camera and had chucked it on the floor as many times as they could and then the camera broke.

They had enjoyed their whole night partying and then they had became so tired that they had slept. Also Fred had woken up before they went back to being toys so Fred had seen the toys sleeping. They were snapped! They were all feeling guilty, afraid and nervous because Fred hated liars!

But the toys were wrong because Fred had wished that the toys could talk. He had always used his time on the toys to share his feelings. They had an awesome time together and never felt left out.
